Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn’t available just yet—but we’re working on it!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery usually takes10–14 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package all the way to your setup.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Don’t worry—some orders may take a little longer due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, reach out to us and we’ll help sort it out ASAP.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping.
After that, orders are automatically sent for fulfillment and can’t be changed or canceled.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue.
 We’ll review it and arrange are placement or refund right away.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because each order is processed automatically, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective products.
 We’re unable to process returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong color/style ordered, so please double-check your cart before confirming your order.

How do I get my refund?

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

My tracking number isn’t working—what do I do?

Tracking info may take a few days to update after your order ships.If it still isn’t showing progress after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll check on it for you.
